K.C. Kennedy is a native Californian with a deep love for life and a passion to see people live to their greatest potential. She is a mother to three adult daughters, author, keynote speaker, former CEO, private business owner and constant student of: RESILIENCY, the POWER OF A PURPOSEFUL MINDSET and it's RESULTING LEGACY.
K.C. volunteers several ways in her hometown community with several Veteran organizations and events as an emcee and photographer; capturing the memories of over 1300 Veterans on their Honor Flight trips to Washington, D.C.
After witnessing both of her parents survive traumatic brain injuries - 30 years apart - she has seen the power of a focused mind in action. She is passionate about deconstructing the "rut mentality" that has become a cultural norm, kicking the crutches out from under boastful, hollow self-confidence and coaching her clients into a life of purpose, passion and a solid resilient mindset. She believes each person has a unique, powerful gift that is the key to living their BEST life.

Team building and interpersonal dynamics have been the focus of K.C.'s life work. During her successful career as a marketing executive working with international manufacturing firms, non-profits and top leadership, she began noticing the lack of deep-seated courage in executives to move out of their lane into broader horizons. Preferring to stay where they were, praised for great work actually held teams captive to older traditions and a "rut mentality," versus moving the corporation into more innovative avenues to remain top in their industry.
